Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 28 December 2025

These Terms & Conditions set out how Outbound Adventures operates and what you can expect when engaging with the site or services.

By using this website or engaging with Outbound Adventures, you agree to these terms.

About Outbound Adventures

Outbound Adventures provides travel planning, curation, and advisory services for LGBTQ+ travellers.

Outbound Adventures is not a travel agency or tour operator. I do not sell travel products, issue tickets, or take payment for accommodation, flights, or transport through this website.

Nature of the service

Outbound Adventures offers:

  • Travel planning and itinerary design

  • Destination research and recommendations

  • Introductions to third-party providers

  • Curated experiences and hosted concepts

All recommendations are advisory in nature and based on experience, research, and professional judgement.

Third-party suppliers

Any accommodation, transport, tours, or activities are booked directly with third-party providers.

These providers operate under their own terms and conditions.

Outbound Adventures is not responsible for:

  • Acts, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers

  • Changes, cancellations, delays, or service issues

  • Injury, loss, damage, or disruption caused by suppliers

Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of any third-party provider they book with.

Payments

Outbound Adventures does not process payments for travel services through this website.

Any payments made to third-party providers are handled directly between the client and that provider.

Where planning or advisory fees apply, these will be agreed separately and in writing.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide thoughtful, accurate, and appropriate guidance, Outbound Adventures cannot guarantee outcomes or experiences.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Outbound Adventures is not liable for loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from travel arrangements made with third parties

  • Responsibility for travel decisions remains with the client

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Travel risk and responsibility

Travel involves inherent risks.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring passports, visas, vaccinations, and insurance are in place

  • Assessing personal health, safety, and comfort levels

  • Following local laws and guidance while travelling

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Changes to services

Outbound Adventures may update, change, or withdraw services at any time without notice.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available on this page.
